Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Card Mastery (the "Service") is provided by SIA EzW (reg. no. 40203768822), a company registered in Latvia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service is an educational and entertainment tool for learning and practising blackjack strategy and card counting. It is not a gambling service, it does not involve real-money wagering, and it is not affiliated with any casino or gambling operator.

The Service does not guarantee any outcome, winnings, or results of any kind. Any decisions you make in real-world gambling are your own responsibility.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Subscriptions and payments

The Service offers paid plans, including recurring subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and a one-time 7-day pass. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the subscription management portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. The 7-day pass is a one-time purchase that does not renew and expires after seven days.

Prices are shown in the Service and may change; changes do not affect the current paid period.

6. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@cardmasteryapp.com.

Consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases; where this applies, it will be honoured in accordance with applicable law.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it by unauthorised means, disrupting its operation, or reselling access without permission.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIA EzW is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service, including any gambling losses.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
